Acupuncture has been practised for thousands of years. Often described as a means of pain relief, it can in fact treat a wide range of conditions. Acupuncture treats the whole person, and balances our physical, emotional, and spiritual energies, to restore health.
Having trained at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine, Jade holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Acupuncture, where she studied both Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) & Five Element Acupuncture & takes an integrated approach to care.
Jade also uses other Chinese Medicine techniques such as Tui Na (Chinese medical massage), Cupping, Gua Sha & Moxibustion
As an experienced physiotherapist I use the Bowen Technique for a range of conditions including long-standing back and neck pain also for joint and soft tissue problems including sports injuries.
Bowen is a gentle technique involving small soft tissue moves interspersed by breaks lasting around 2 minutes which allows the nervous system to respond.
It is a holistic as the whole body is treated
Being a qualified NST and Bowen Practitioner for over 15 years has added a valuable dimension to my skills as a physiotherapist with respect to treatment outcomes.

The complexity of our bodies is truly amazing and the way they are able to compensate makes them far better than any machine. But we still need to be aware of what our body is telling us and how to adjust to the warnings.
At Mobile Health MOT we believe prevention is better than cure, and our aim is to bring health education and promotion to the public in general – whether in the workplace or the community – at a cost that is affordable.
We carry out Health MOTs, looking at the risks of cardiovascular disease and raise general awareness of male and female related cancers, and other illnesses. Thus giving people the knowledge to make informed choices and to seek help at the earliest opportunity.
We use the knowledge gained throughout our Nursing careers, and share it with you to help improve your lifestyle. This is achieved by discussing the results of your health screen confidentially and on a one-to-one basis. We will look at the risk factors affecting you and suggest ways in which you can reduce or eliminate them.
In your 30 minute consultation our experienced nurses will test and/or discuss:
You will receive your results at the end of the session, with written guidance and any recommendations we feel would benefit you. This could be a visit to your GP or other healthcare professional for formal testing.
The world of diets can be very confusing. With so many people looking for a quick answer for weight loss, and so many diets offering the ‘answer’, it’s hard to find the best diet for you. Often diets provide the short-term answer. However, this may not be healthy. So how can you achieve long term results in a healthy, sensible way? Lucy & Juliet can provide you with an individually tailored nutritional plan that will work long term, and is proven to have achieved results.

I graduated from Exeter University and worked in a large property development company while raising 3 children. On the birth of my 4th child I became a full-time mother and became fascinated in the root cause of disease. This passion led me to a diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition at The College of Naturopathic Medicine, London. I practice as a nutritionist in London and Oxfordshire.
I am the co-founder of NutriBalanceDiet, which promotes optimal weight, a healthy lifestyle, manageable daily exercise and nutritional advice through an 8 week term of weekly group sessions.

Sports Massage Therapy involves deep massage and stretching techniques, to ensure healing occurs effectively. The treatment plan is always tailored with your specific sport in mind.
However, this form of therapy is not just for sports people. Sprains and strains can be picked up during every day activities. Many injuries remain untreated, and although they seem to improve, there is an increased risk of injury re-occurring. If treated properly, this risk is greatly reduced.
Advice is also given on how you can prevent the injury re-occurring, once you leave the treatment room.
